Terms of service

Terms governing TaxoTax research briefs, payment, delivery, verification, failures and refunds.

Effective 20 July 2026. Operator: RELMOS AG, Bachenbülach, Switzerland — full details in the imprint.

This deployment is in free test mode. Displayed prices are references, checkout is disabled and no payment is taken.

1. What TaxoTax provides

TaxoTax prepares machine-generated research briefs about a defined international tax-relocation question. The currently sale-ready product, Quick Validation, covers one named destination. A brief is orientation material prepared for review with a qualified tax advisor or lawyer. It does not file returns, represent you, provide a binding opinion or create an advisor–client relationship.

2. Scope, price and order

You review and correct the scope before checkout. The product, currency, base amount and any applicable tax are shown again by Stripe before payment. An order is accepted only after Stripe confirms successful payment and TaxoTax creates the corresponding report job. Deep-dive and Discovery are not currently for sale; their displayed amounts are indicative only.

3. Immediate performance and withdrawal

Before ordering you expressly request that preparation of the digital brief begin immediately. Where consumer law gives you a withdrawal right, you also acknowledge the effect that beginning or completing performance after that request can have on the right. TaxoTax does not exclude or shorten mandatory rights beyond what the law permits in your country of residence.

4. Delivery

The private progress and report link is created after verified payment and is also sent to the email address you provide. Quick Validation usually completes in 5–8 minutes, but source availability and verification retries can take longer; this is a target, not a guaranteed deadline. A completed report and its private link remain available for 12 months. Anyone with the private link can read the report, so keep it confidential.

5. Verification promise

Research citations are treated as leads. Before publication, the selected URL is fetched again; a separate verification step assesses the complete claim, and code checks that numeric tokens in the finding occur unchanged in the stored supporting passage. Claims that do not pass are excluded and listed. If a cited passage in a paid brief does not support a published numeric figure, contact info@relmos.ch within 30 days of delivery with the figure and citation. TaxoTax will review the evidence and, when the promise was breached, refund the order in full. Mandatory warranty rights remain unaffected.

6. Failed generation and refunds

If generation permanently fails before a completed brief is released, TaxoTax initiates a full refund to the original payment method. The failure notification is released only after the payment provider reports the full refund as completed. Bank posting time is outside TaxoTax's control. An incomplete run is not presented as a completed brief.

7. Availability

Briefs are not offered to customers located in Germany or using Germany as their current tax residence. The location check is repeated before checkout, and Stripe billing-country information may be used as a second control. Published pages and the free instant check remain available. Generation capacity may be limited; when ordering is paused, no checkout is created.

8. Your responsibilities

The brief can only reflect the scope and facts you provide. Do not submit information you are not authorised to share. Before acting, have qualified professionals in the relevant jurisdictions apply current law to your complete facts. Use of the service for unlawful purposes is prohibited.

9. Payment provider

Stripe processes checkout and payment details. TaxoTax does not receive your full card number. Refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method. More detail appears in the privacy policy.

10. Liability

Briefs are prepared with care under the published methodology. Decisions with legal or tax effect remain with you and your qualified advisor. To the extent permitted by law, RELMOS AG's liability is limited to the price paid for the brief concerned. This does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited, including mandatory consumer rights.

11. Governing law

Swiss law governs these terms. Place of jurisdiction is Zürich, Switzerland; mandatory consumer law and consumer venues remain unaffected. If a provision is invalid, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
